Genopis, Inc., a US entity established by ViroMed in joint venture partnership, is securing key personnel to fully operate its plasmid DNA production facility in San Diego, California.
Keith D. Hall, previously Vice President of Vical Inc., will serve as the new Chief Operating Officer of Genopis. COO Hall earned an M.B.A. from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston after a B.S. in microbiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has 28 years of experience in biologics production and FDA CMC regulations from working at Amgen, Hybritech, Valentis/GeneMedicine, and Agennix.
